1. How to order? (Shopping Guide)
1) Send a mail to us with the following information:
* Shoes ID and Shoes size from our website
* Quantity you want
* Your contact details (Full name, Address, Zipcode, City, Country and Telephone)
2) We send you confirmation email after get your order information.
3) Send the payment and the sender name to us
4) We confirm the payment and send out the shoes by door to door Express mail at the same day.
5) We will email the tracking number to you after we send the shoes.
6) Give us feedback after you get the shoes.

2. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.

3. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normally, after 2 days you can trace your package(s).
